Children’s Tariff
Children under the age of 14 years are charged £30 per child, per night, when sharing a room with 2 adults. This rate includes Bed & Full Scottish Breakfast. Children under 2 years of age stay for free unless a cot is required.
Pets are Welcome
We appreciate your pets are part of the family and are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs at a charge of £15.00 per pet per night with a maximum of 1 large dog or 2 small dogs per room. They are welcome to join you in the Bar area, but not in our Lounges, MacPhunns Bistro or the Loch Fyne Dining room. We cannot allow dogs to be left unaccompanied in the bedrooms (unless a cage is used) and find it’s best to keep them in the familiar surroundings of your car during meal times unless you are eating from the Bistro menu in the Bar. Please ensure your pet is kept off the furniture, including beds as any damage due to odour or otherwise will be chargeable. We can provide towels for cleaning or drying your dog.
Cancellation Policy
If something comes up and you have to cancel your reservation with us, we request that you give us at least 7 days notice and therefore allow us to try and re-sell your room. In most cases we’ll manage and you won’t be charged, however if we don’t manage to re-sell your room, or if you provide less than 7 days notice of cancellation you will be required to pay the full balance of your stay less the charge for breakfast and dinner (if pre-booked). We recommend that you purchase holiday insurance to cover your break with us.
Terms of Booking
Your name, home address, a contact telephone number and a Visa, MasterCard or Switch/Maestro number and its ’valid from’ and ’expiry’ dates are necessary when making a reservation.
We will not make any charges to your credit/debit card at the time of booking, but if you incur any cancellation charges (see above) they will be applied to your card.
When you make a reservation it is a legal contract between The Creggans Inn and yourself. Please note that our cancellation policy is part of this contract.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
A Creggans Inn gift voucher is a wonderful present to give for any occasion. By purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to the following terms of use:
Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period.
Gift Vouchers are for one use only.
Online bookings will not be honoured, please call to arrange your booking on 01369 860 279.
A printed copy of your gift voucher with a valid gift code must be presented upon arrival. If the voucher cannot be produced, then payment must be made for the meal or stay purchased. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).
Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, you will be responsible for the difference in cost and this must be paid at the time of your visit to The Creggans Inn.
Gift Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings, group meetings or catering functions.
Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by The Creggans Inn or be otherwise redeemable.
Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
No credit or change will be given if you do not use the full amount detailed on the voucher (if applicable).
